Cancellation Policy

Time allowed for an appointment is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the 
opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments  are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments  and cancellations, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your  service.

Late Arrivals for Appointments 

We appreciate a courtesy call to notify us of all late arrivals. Our team will make every effort to accommodate the initially scheduled service: however, stylists reserve the right to re-schedule the appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. It is strongly encouraged that all guests arrive on time for scheduled services. 

Refund Policy — Salon Styling Services

At In Boston Hair Studio, our team takes pride in our creative design services. However, if a client, within reason, is not fully satisfied with his/her hair service, they must notify their stylist within 48 hours of their original service date to avoid responsibility of full service 
Upon our discretion, a complimentary "redo" or alternative solutions may be possible. Service Refunds are given by stylists, not In Boston Hair Studio. (Service Guarantee is Excluded from Corrective Color Services)
